Betsy came to Saving Grace in October 2020. She was facing euthanasia at a small rural shelter due to overcrowding. She is a precious little hippo that sometimes looks cross eyed. Betsy is so sweet and loving. She was originally nervous to go through doorways like she had never been inside before. Betsy likely lived outside, being bred over and over to make money for her owners, then dumped when she was no longer useful to them. This amazing dog deserves so much better than her past. Betsy is young and playful. She loves all people - so much so that when she goes for walks, she’s constantly looking up at her person and trying to touch them at all times. Betsy will likely need to be the only dog in the home, but we are always willing to try her with your pets. Contact us if you are interested in meeting Betsy.
