Crouton came to Saving Grace in November 2019. She spent many months at Lubbock Animal Services, where she was stressed and lost a lot of weight.  She is now in a foster home where she can get healthy!  Two things that you need to know about Crouton. She loves snuggles & she loves snacks. They are her reasons for living & all she seeks to find. Crouton has had a rough time in life so far, & she’s learning how good it can really be. Being an older gal around 6, she’s pretty easy going & chill. She knows some basic commands & is ready to learn many more, just to get those treats! She does well with other dogs, she doesn’t play much yet, but she enjoys their quiet company & is fostered with several of all types. She’s working on a couple issues that her time at doggy jail gave her, she prefers to eat her food in private & is not a huge fan of her crate, but she has adapted well and been an amazing & easy girl in her foster home. Crouton would be a great fit in almost any family. She loves people and making new friends, & is moderately active, enjoying walks as much as watching tv, with none of the hassle of a young pup.  All around, Crouton is just a lovely girl, both inside & out.  Contact us if you are interested in meeting Crouton.
