joey​

​Joey came to Saving Grace in October 2020.  We went to Levelland to check on an abandoned pittie we were called about, and found her with two chihuahua friends.  One of our volunteers named them from Friends - Rachel, Joey, and Phoebe.

Joey was very skinny and limping.  He is in a foster home and has gained weight.  He looks great and will soon be neutered and have his leg examined to see why he limps.  The other chihuahua, Phoebe, was also limping, and BB fragments were found in her elbow when we had it x-rayed.  So we suspect we will find the same thing with Joey, unfortunately.

Joey has had a sad start to life, but you would never know it.  He is the happies little guy that just wants to love and play.  We will add more once we know more about him.  Contact us if you are interested in meeting Joey.
