• Services are for bully-type breeds ONLY.  You must submit a picture as proof of breed.  We reserve the right to deny services to a dog that does not have the appearance of a bully-type breed. This guideline is in place due to the requirements of our grant funding for the vouchers.
  • Owners can live in Lubbock or surrounding counties. This guideline is in place due to the requirements of our grant funding for the vouchers.  **IF YOU LIVE IN TAHOKA, YOUR VOUCHER WILL TAKE PRIORITY THIS YEAR**
  • Completing this form is not a guarantee of services.  Registration is first come, first serve for the 40 available spay/neuter vouchers.
  • Fill in the form COMPLETELY. If you don't, the form will not submit.
  • Answer questions to the best of your knowledge and please be honest. We can assist your dog better if you tell us the truth. If you do not have the answer or do not wish to answer place N/A in the blank
  • ONLY ONE DOG PER HOUSEHOLD CAN RECEIVE A VOUCHER FOR SPAY/NEUTER and services are offered at Animal Medical Center ONLY.  ANY DONATION ON VET ACCOUNT WILL HELP CONTINUE THESE SERVICES.
  • We are not able to provide vaccines only this year.  Dogs will get vaccines at their spay/neuter appointment, if needed.  If your dog is just needing vaccines, please contact the PETS Clinic.  Their pricing is here.
  • Microchips are not available this year.  Lubbock Animal Services provides free or $5 microchips year round.  Please contact them to set up an appointment.  PETS Clinic also offers microchips.  Pricing here
  • If you can afford vetting services outside of Pit Stop, please obtain those services on your own. While we would love to assist everyone, resources are limited and we want people who really need these free services to have access to them. The new PETS clinic offers low cost spays, neuters, and other services.  Their prices are here.

Our 11th Annual Pit Stop will be an online event this year. In order to receive a spay/neuter voucher, you will have to fill out the form below. This will be first come, first serve.  Registration will open October 8th, 2022 and close October 29th, 2022.  We only have grant funding for 40 spay/neuter vouchers this year, and registration will close once 40 dogs are registered.  We will have a wait list if we get additional funding/vouchers. We will mail the vouchers once all 40 dogs are registered.  We will post on our social media pages when we mail them so you'll know to be looking for them in the mail.
