Sway when we met her for the first time.  Her injuries were about a week old.

Sway came to Saving Grace in February 2020. She was seized by the Sheriff for neglect. When the authorities were on the property, another dog attacked Sway. The other dog broke her mandible and gave her several soft tissue wounds to her face. Sway was very skinny as well. She is thankfully recovering in a short term foster home. She has received medical care and is doing much better.

Sway needs a long term foster or forever home! She is very sweet and loving. Her foster mom says she loves attention and just wants you to be touching her. She has done well with the other dogs in the home. They are male and female, some similar in size to her, and some smaller. She plays well with them, and has recently discovered that toys are fun too! She is not a fan of cats. She loves all people, children included. She is working on house training and crate training. She’s a talker when she wants your attention! Sway is an older lady and just wants a soft place to land in her senior years. She deserves to be loved and cared for!  Contact us if you are interested in meeting Sway.
